A journalist and editor for nearly thirty years, Debbie Kwiatoski is currently the managing editor of the Hudson Valley Business Journal (www.hvbizjournal.com ), a weekly business trade paper that covers New York State’s Hudson Valley, from Westchester to Albany. The publication  has about 50,000 readers – practically all of them, business owners, healthcare or higher education administrators, public policy officials or top executives in regionally-based corporations. She is also a freelance writer, editor, blogger and voiceover artist and is always interested in new projects. Currently, she can be heard every morning on Good Morning Hudson Valley, as well as Entrepreneurial Excellence, doing a business minute.

Prior to coming to the Business Journal, Kwiatoski wrote for several other regional publications, including  In Focus Magazine, The Southern Ulster Times and the Daily Freeman. She is also a food feature writer at www.suite101.com and is a contributing writer on several web-based publications, as well as writing the Inside Straight blog, housed at www.hvbizjournal.com

A native of New York State, Michael and his wife Jacqueline chose to make Warwick their home after Michael retired as Superintendent of Sullivan West Central School district in Sullivan County. The Johndrows raised their two children, Anthony and Nicole, in Lowville, NY up in Lewis County, where Michael was employed as a K-12 Principal at Copenhagen School.

Robert “Bob” Glemming, Director. Prior to being a Director Bob owned Q-Search Marketing Inc, which was a 48-seat call center in Wappingers Falls. Before starting Q-Search Marketing Bob was Director of Membership for the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that position, Bob was Division Manager for ALOS’ Information Solutions Division – a computer, networking and Software Company located in Orange County. Bob has more than thirty years of sales and marketing experience in the information technology industry. Bob serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce. Bob has been a Director in the Hudson Valley for four years and is the Director for the Poughkeepsie 3000 and Fishkill Gateway Chapters.
